Whole bunch pressed Pinot Noir fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks. Strawberries & cream, vanilla, poached strawberry jump from the glass. The palate is juicy with flavours of strawberry liquor, Turkish delight and quince. Refreshment with its vibrant acidity giving a long aftertaste.
